They wil be Danone MT STAR (Management Trainee Sari Husada, Nutricia, Aqua and Danone Dairy Indonesia) for one year, in the future, about 3 years or less they will be in managerial level.

Requirements:
1. Graduated from leading university : from any discipline with GPA min. 3.00 (scale of 4)
2. Fuent in English both verbal and written
3. Gain some competition achievements or award (local/national/internaional)
4. Strong leadership as proved in organizational activities involvement
5. Excited to be assigned to Danone sites all over Indonesia
